Who are we?

We are a logistics service provider with a global partner network which has been built up over many years of working together and delivering a quality service. In addition to our global partner network we also have our own “AFM” offices in London – Southampton – Paris and Dubai.
Our coverage enables us to provide our customers with local services in the most important global markets. In addition we are also able to support customers in some of the more challenging areas of the world.

Our team is focused on supporting our customers logistic needs. We provide advice and solutions based upon our experience. We pride ourselves on providing a very personalized service.

With over 15 years of operational experience in the global logistics world, which includes a great deal of onsite experience in West Africa and the Middle East I have gained an insight and exposure in to the workings of a number of challenging markets. Armed with an extensive network and a host of personal contacts I can provide advice and solutions on both simple shipments too challenging projects. Together with our team I will be happy to support you with your needs and requirements. I look forward to being of service so do get in touch.

Born in Venezuela I moved to the Netherlands when I was 10 years old. After completion of school my dream was to join KLM as a cabin crew. Unfortunately I was 4 cm too short. Undeterred I started my adventure at Schiphol airport in freight and logistics. 20 years further and I am still missing the 4 cm. But I am 20 years of experience in freight and logistics richer. Having worked for a number of multinational forwarders I have gained a thorough exposure of our business and now put this to good use in supporting our clients here at Active Freight Management. My role within our team includes the handling of transactions, communicating with our customers and global partners, providing quotations and addressing customs issues. Customer visits are something that I particularly look forward to and do on a regular basis. We are after all a “people business”. In addition to Dutch I am fluent in Spanish and English. Please feel free to contact me on any logistics issues, I will be only too happy to be of assistance.
